The platform is double pressed metal, and the handles are thick robust tubing.

 The pedal / hinge mechanism on the handle is of premium quality. It is tight, durable and reliable. These components have a guard protecting the pinch point and keeping the components clean.

 

The Prestar matting and bumpers are machine fitted, as a result they remain fixed to the surface of the trolley and do not peel.

Meticulous with performance, Prestar even design and manufacture their own castors. 

Each product model includes castors tailor made to suit the trolley and meet their performance expectations. 

The castors have dual sealed precision bearings and are batch tested to ensure the highest manufacturing standards.
