- Jardem Pty Limited (ABN 41 106 570 834) trading as SSO Handling & Storage provides storage and handling products, engineering documentation, warehouse solutions, installations, and compliance services across Australia.

2. Scope
- Applies to https://ssostorage.com.au, our online store, offline sales, installations, service activities, quote/enquiry processes, and compliance inspections/documentation.
- By using our website, submitting an enquiry, or purchasing from us, you agree to this policy.

- Orders, projects, services: products purchased, delivery preferences, installation details, project notes, engineering drawings, and racking documentation required for AS 4084:2023 compliance (retained for the life of the installation).
- Account and communications: account logins, quotes, enquiries, support conversations, communication preferences.
- Payment: payment method details and transaction references (we do not store credit card numbers or CVV codes).
